#235214 RE: KingArthur #235171

KingArthur, you are 100% correct that a bad day fishing is better than a good day working.

I think in some cases it may be ex-shareholders who are pissed at losing tons of their money and they probably want some sort of revenge on the company, especially after the allegations recently made. I'm not saying this applies to all of them, only a few.

I have to admit that if I was one of the shareholders that sold after taking a beating, I wouldn't bother hanging around and I would just move on and place my efforts in a better stock.

I can understand some of their frustration but I am standing my ground as I always have. I think letting the OSC do their job is in everyone's best interest. IMO If the company simply made mistakes and was in any way mislead by others(not saying this is what happened) they will be treated with some leniency and be treated reasonably by the OSC. Those who were proven to manipulate, if any, will IMO simply pay fines. I doubt jail time is coming to anyone involved.

Tomorrow is the last trading day before the Jan 8 hearing. I can guarantee everyone one thing. After Monday we will be one step closer to getting our answers good or bad.

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again now. We appear to have a 50/50 chance of surviving this storm. If there is any truth to what they have relayed through me, HOG and others, I say our chances are much greater to our advantage. If they have relayed lies through us, I hope they all rot in hell and it is then and only then that I become their worst legal enemy. I will destroy whatever is left of the company with a ton of additional legal issues aimed at them by their shareholders that they certainly do not want or need. I know many of you will back me up if that is the case and I will not have to go at it alone as I'm sure many of you feel the same way.

However, I still believe we have a chance because the OSC has not had the opportunity to review and verify what the company says they have in their defense. I will give them the benefit of the doubt to prove what they have said. It is reasonable to say that until this information comes out, we will not know where we really stand. Bashing and pumping really won't do much at this point. All we need are answers and I think we will get them sooner than later, thanks to the OSC. If the company survives this mess and they are proven innocent of these allegations, we are in for one hell of a ride up! I am still hoping for the best and have not come to any conclusions yet. GLTA, God Bless.

Peace,
