Thanks, I hadn't noticed the increase in the OS. Should be closer to 363M? The 3a Capital shares are RESTRICTED for 180 days after they were paid in full for. Hopefully, they're not stupid enough to try selling those before then...180 days...

The transaction with 3a closed on October 19, 2020 upon receipt of the Proceeds.

Surprised that 3a Cap bothered to convert them now seeing as how it's at a fixed conversion price and they can't sell them for another 5 months...I was hoping to see INNO/UHLI buy back that particular note.

Anyone think they (3a Cap) are selling now? Thanks...
