There has been speculation that the 2 billion dollar contract is with 3M.

I'm pretty sure it is not. There likely isn't a 2 billion dollar deal with anybody.

Just PR bait to sell stock.

Most hospital purchasors want local made PPE
a shortage occurring from China products
has occurred, believe 3M manufacturers
have been mentioned by OPTI management
to dodge this problem, OPTI will still be
able sell China PPE but market is weakening
stronger for any local PPE
Of coarse PPE is consumable but the hospital
would not want a off shore supply chain again
it has put them thru Hell recently !!!

I think 3M manufactures KN95 type masks in China.
