Yup, lot of people sold due to delays with the October news, which people should have seen coming well before the end of the month due to court delays. They are not going to release news until they get OTCmarket access and all court/SoS stuff is finished, that stuff doesn't happen in a couple weeks time.
And then people started dumping out for OPT! on their news, it was very easy to see on the day OPT! popped 200%.
Add in you have people saying they are going to try and force it down and trip stop losses and such to load cheaper and this is what you get.
Though accumulation remains strong and the shares keep getting locked by more longer term type holders and less by people who are flipping and sell the news types, this will result in a quicker faster move up when the time comes
