He has stopped replying to texts, which hasnt happened until this last one that I sent after being rejected for relisting....whether he tried to or was just sent a "give it up" notice. Unfortunately Jan doesnt outright own any of that land. Remember when he had to prove to Mexican Govt that if he defaulted on the loan, the owners wouldnt take it back? We dont even get farm updates.
