augieboo; Methinks you are being a little hard on yourself. Perhaps you are trying to hard. Make your trades smaller until you build your confidence. Sure you will not make as much money, but you will not have as much at risk either.

Hopefully you will be less prone to miss opportunities...

augieboo: I just got a phone call from the wife of a close friend of mine. He died from a heart attack early this morning. He lives out of state. I will be going to the funeral. I may take a few extra days to visit other friends in the state I've not seen for some time now.

So, I may be away from the markets for a few days next week. I "may" begin to take some of my equities plays off the table today. Looks like I may be getting whipsawed a little today.

While he did have a history of diabetes, he was close to my age. It does cause one to reflect on one's mortality.
