I agree its a little over my head.
the relevant documents are the Amended chapter 11 plan Docket 1788 this had the definitions of each group. The UCC statement Docket Number1789 from where I took the excerpt in my previous post and the amended earnout agreement Docket 1791. it has some more detail.
