jimmy....seems obvious to me. Any company that is not THE manufacturer shipping direct to customer is a middleman. Name any store and they are middleman for a product. Roger represents products and has Exclusive deals in place to sell them, and he has.....iWand to ALL of North America, Masks prob to USA, but we don’t know the scope of that....Either way, he and/or Someone working with him were in the right place at the right time, with the clout and expertise behind them (prob Harrington and Ojeda) to put the $2B deal together...
Most products go through 3, 4, 5 or more “middlemen” before you buy it. Thats why you see (especially women’s ) clothing at say $160 for a dress that cost prob $10 or less to make....
