Because the price collapse is imminent follwed shortly by the FBI /SEC and the CEO doing a perp walk for massive shareholder fraud. Evio is a scam run by crooks. One of the frauds who founded the company is currently faking a cancer diagnosis to run and hide from the authorities closing to shut this fraud down.
