bartronic, why do you believe SECI did not walk away empty handed as stated in the 10-Q?;

All the debt owed to Dutro et al accumulating interest daily was still on the Quarterly report. If SECI received anything from a settlement then it would have been stated in more detail in the SUBSEQUENT EVENTS. They could have posted that debt was paid off or a dollar amount.

It said the parties owe each other nothing. It is completely reasonable that a Settlement could be for nothing. It would be easy for SECI to clarify this as the case is over. Why have they not addressed the investment community regarding this as many have money they cannot afford to lose invested?
