There always seems to be a big Bid/Ask spread with this stock. the listed SP is always nice to see with your position, but when you look, it always seems to be much higher than the bid

Would help if a filing would come out. How long will OTC allow ?

That is my only concern, as a cease trade order doesn't help any share holders.

Sure hope he gets this together even a 15-12G, or unaudited is better than no action
