The so called previous CEO Daniel Sobolewski is a puppet fake co conspirator in all of the scams the managers of this garbage ticker FTWS are involved with.
Hes a lap dog is all and is the laughing boy of the OTC.
The SEC/FINRA have new proposals on the books to place the responsibilty of company disclosure on the sponsoring MM and to pull the Form 211s of these OTC scam shells like FTWS( about 3,000 of them) so these type of HIJACKINGS will be stopped.
Sobolewski is just a DUMMY fake out CEO for every one of these tickers.
