Read the DD and watch the CEO's videos. As already stated multiple times, $SKDI's SFL buys jewelry at estate sales, from collections and from smaller jewelry businesses, and then sells on eBay by a mixture of auction and "Buy It Now".

Overheads are therefore minimal and profit margins should be relatively high when compared to outlets with a brick and mortar store.
