The company is stagnant right now because he was fooled by His ex partner who handled a large portion of the business. Partly Dennis’s fault for trusting him granted. He also got jolted by a lawsuit he had to fight which took time and money but he ended up prevailing and then the pandemic hit, I don’t need to remind everyone the effects it has had on business especially small business, in the filings he is honest and says so! He defeated the frivolous lawsuit and had to restructure with new advisors. I believe he has made new contacts and probably has a new relationship in the form as a partnership/ joint venture. I don’t think he can go it alone, he needs capital like any other business and alliances which I believe we will see it come together soon probably this month.
