#357678 RE: BullNBear52 #357674

I don't know much about their methods. Think some might pick a representative sample space and then repeatedly poll them. Not sure.

Because of the EC it's down to the line, but it looks possible the Democrat win in the popular vote could be up from Hillary's 2.9 million to 4-5 million. Even higher. So it could turn out to be a pretty conclusive win which the polls did predict.

It should have been known by more that early results would be misleading. Election Day counted first. Other LEGAL vote counted later. That was made clear in any number of articles on the net.

And that because of the unprecedented volume of mail-in/absentee ballots some counting would be slow. You know all this plus the fact that Republican efforts to suppress the Democrat vote in certain states, and by Trump's USPS, that it could be even slower than hoped.

Agree the down-ballot result doesn't suggest the polls kept Republicans at home. Their vote was also a record. And why is Hannity blaming the polls instead of the voters who he is saying were sucked in by them.

Hannity is still looking for excuses. He's just another one of the fools with eggs-on-their-faces. And with a legacy from the Trump lying years they will never be able to erase.
