I could live with it as well I guess. Usually I'm very hard against RS's, but more recently I've seen 'healthy' ones done that don't wipe out shareholders and benefits the company.
Remember nothing fundamentally changes when an RS is completed in theory, except price and shares outstanding. Value is the same. Typically (especially in otc) investors dump post-RS because they do not trust management and stock does not perform well. But lately I've seen some runners after an RS--when there is a good company behind the stock and they're actually making things happen.
All we can do now is wait and see. I'll be holding still to see
