And if he was winning then mail in voting wouldn't be an issue. He manipulated everyone by planting the seed back in April when he wasn't polling well. So if he was winning would he be so adamate to make sure mail in voting didn't have any fraud? No. He is trying to undermine whatever he can to win. If the rules don't fit him he changes them
