Soldinger is a reputable accounting firm, along with SEC filings, would give the merger much more legitimacy IMO.
For me personally, I'm skeptical, but from what I can tell it all seems at least plausible. I do find it odd, that a storied company, like Slavich, which has been around for almost 90 years, goes public in the US, and yet I can't find a single press release, or news, of any kind in Russia that backs it up.
