What part of "INSURED CUSTOMER DEPOSITS" do you not understand??? JPM assumed control of those cash deposits and reported them on their books. The FDIC retained nothing, they are not a bank. These are the basic DD mistakes that fuel the fake Escrow theories which is why they never go away.
