If you believe that JG has done everything by the book, then you must accept that he knew about AS increase( AM EXPLANATION) and most of what is going on with PASO mgmt. After all, he was a director at PASO. JG is/was a soldier. He must've read " The Art of War" by Sun TZU. IMO, He knows.
