"DPLS-Contracts With U.S. Government" is not an opinion/speculation. It's a claim of events that have taken place. In fact, contracts would be material events affecting the share price, requiring an 8K. Since no 8K was filed, it's clearly a misleading post. However, any post speculating a possible merger between DPLS and BVTK is not making a claim that it has actually taken place. A big difference.
