What I know for certain is:

1) an attorney has been appointed receiver of HPIL with a new agent as well

2) HPIL (the holding entity) has been reinstated in Wyoming

3) Roddoc has been filed and cleared to do business in Michigan

Until I see an OFFICIAL update from the company, EVERYTHING else thats been posted on this board over the last couple of weeks is pure CONJECTURE.
