We have to keep in mind that it was the PREVIOUS management that was INEPT and DELAYED / STOPPED the FILINGS and the NEW MANGEMENT TEAM is doing everything possible to bring this COMPANY back to LEGIT status. And soon not only will they be LEGIT, they will be flourishing with revenue producing anti viral and anti microbial products in addition to making all us longs MUCHAS DINERO. AIMO....

Filings are likely delayed because of the state of things left by previous management. I have no doubt they had to take extra steps in the process of cleaning up everything and getting things up to date. Sometimes that involves going through the courts and other agencies, which have experienced a serious backlog since Covid started earlier this year. It's the unfortunate state of things, and we just have to be patient and let the process finish. Pouting, bashing, or any comments here aren't going to make any difference. It will happen when it happens. That being said, we are 3 months out from when this process was supposedly started, so I have to imagine we are nearing the end, and should see something soon.
