The result today is quite good for GDSI but not perfect. It does allow the Defendants to appear at an evidentiary hearing and offer testimony and evidence. Based on the court's careful order denying the motion to set aside default, the odds are close to zero that they win on appeal. Result is that GDSI has won. The unknown is what are the damages.
