I don’t think a settlement was ever likely so I would say not going to happen. I’m sure others may have a different opinion. I think this is getting quite close to the Award Decree by the judge. After the 17th hearing, we shall see.

GDSI can make an offer to Rontan et al to settle the matter. Which is probably exactly what will happen.

Rontan can settle at any time. In fact, many cases are even settled after judgment because judgment doesn't guarantee collection. In a settlement and if you have competent attorneys, settlement can be reached and be effective upon consideration etc. So and for example, let's just say damages are $200,000,000. Rontan can then approach GDSI and say will you take $50,000,000. That money would then be wired into an attorneys escrow account and money is released upon signing of documents.
