Cos7, compare bkmp prd to this analogy:: Ford motor sold you a car with only 2 tires, but your invoice clearly shows 4 tires - could they say sorry we have no obligation to fix your problem because we already shipped it to the plant? Hell no ... and neither can bkmp. They issued them, we didn't ask for them- bkmp handed us broken goods and they better damn well repair things real soon.
