Point taken but could not Mcnally have been told by MDT....
"Hey we have over 8 years in the making and 250 million in a robot that is dead in the water....You want a BO,get it up and running,along with yours and we will gladly exclusive license for monies some of your IP,in return you can use some of ours free..Then we will talk about a BO"'."Further,we will pay for R&D costs,and pay you 10 million for every milestone you hit.We aren't being cheap.We want results and ready for filing asap"
Do you disagree with that at all.Lastly,perhaps JNJ thought they were covered with their issues,and in hindsight wish they would have JV with TMDI...only a fly on the walls knows now.
