They had 30 employees as of the ASM and have since added at least 4 and have job postings for some other key positions. These postings appear to be targeted to meet milestones for key projects like automotive LiDAR "A Sample" and to position them for a transition effort. If the postings have been filled, they are likely at 40 or 41 employees now.
This is clearly not enough to resume full operations, but puts them in a fundamentally better position than they were at the beginning of the summer and with the stability the share authorization gives, they could staff back up should they need to.
