It would appear that way, so now you know the critical path to production there are points along the way where they could sell... if they got the right offer... looks like it is more of an option at this point, Lets get through the FINRA requirements and once on the OTC capital markets will open up.
Might be a good idea to look into the resumes of the geologists and his crews.
