The CEO has been sticking to his word of no dilution from when he stated that such had ceased. These old noted is basically legacy debt from the overhang from some note stragglers from the past from earlier this year selling the last of their shares of GRST after they went current.
Those are basically "not held" orders that are place by wholesale brokerage companies for their clients to sell shares. That's why they show up as T-Trade. By my math, I believe they are close to being done. The OS remains the same as there are still no dilution concerns. The Transfer Agent is ungagged so anyone with such a concern can call.
