IMHO the restructuring back to where we were originally needs to take place first! With the restructuring back as was THEN and ONLY THEN can we approach the IRS for a NEW opinion letter as to the true value of the TOTAL NOLS (my wag is 12-16 bill), since there in FACT was then and only then SHOWN there was NO OWNERSHIP CHANGE, just my HO

P.S. and imho it would be for the whole year or most of it for 2020!

Personally I am expecting there to be a share distribution prior to the end of the year and actually at any time now imho
