Selling shares in Pinkyland is, for start-ups, like getting money for free. SHs so willing to hold the bag even knowing the risk involved. Too many 'pipe dreams' go astray. Possibly a good idea but the mechanics of product generation and sales run amuck. CEOs lie, deceive and become a fraud just to save face. Egos are a dime-a-dozen in Pinkyland.
