But that still doesn't answer why they wouldn't wipe the slate clean with the share structure and start over, why carry an O/S of 2B or 3B or more?
Why not wipe it down to 200M or less and start over with the clean company making profits? Then you have the abilty to issue shares for management, employees, acquisitions and so on or have the ability for preferred convertible shares that don;t leave the fully diluted O/S at 5B shares or whatever.
