However, the court may still as I've said deny the status conference as moot because the court may rule on the damages. Also, good chance GDSI may not get what they are asking for in the status conference motion. The whole purpose of the motion is to ask for admissions. Admissions typically happen in discovery. Procedurally, the court may tell them they need to get what they are asking for in a post judgment deposition.
