There are different levels of raising capital, the debt and warrants taken on here were some of the worst I have seen. You are talking the company raising say $5M then the debt holders converting and making like $50M out of it while hurting the overall value of the company, that math doesn;t work for common shareholders

The company has diluted 1.5B shares this year with no end in sight.

And so if the point is to dilute into the ground to raise capital which is their right and as you say incentive that also means it is a given they will split and eliminate current shareholders.

You don't dilute the stock into the ground and then not split to clean it up to do it all over again, that is the incentive correct?
