Depends, if the court waits for Rontan's opposition, weeks. If not, I would think days.

Eddie, the court will either grant the motion or rule on the other motions. I don't believe the court will deny the motion for status conference if the court does not rule on the other motions

Rontan’s council did not object to the status conference but an agreement could not be reached on the stipulation of current ownership of Rontan
