I don't know why he claims he has proof that PWC or KPMG were involved, but that's the least damaging of the allegations set forth by the OSC, and I would really care less about that one. The others, stock price manipulation, trading unregistered shares, etc. are far worse allegations than a lie about who they approached to do an audit. It's possible that they may have actually contacted PWC or KPMG but I doubt they laid their hands on any financial information from the company. Who knows? Only time will tell.
