Indeed you are right. You have to check yourself the company.
It has been hit by Covid-19 anyway, already end last year because suppliers are from China, thereafter it went to USA. This is no excuse, this is a fact, of course it has influence on the Q1 + Q2 + Q3, that is normal, many companies went bankrupt, this one didn't, yes in beginning of the year they were diluting to get some extra cash, meanwhile they got support money from the government to pay employees, they are in the new building ( less costs from now ), they even got there very first contract with the government.
Probably the coming week or 2 it will stay up around 5-7.. news will push it anyway higher, but the credibility of this company is much better than the years before, the company acts great, a great outlook for the future !
