An NDA acknowledges a confidential relationship between two or more parties and protects the information they share from disclosure to outsiders.

Outsiders are on a "need to know" basis. No google alerts DD will replace the knowledge of an insider. Carry on!

All the companies hiding under the NDA's signed with Kim are remaining silent behind the scenes also; with regards to a little sorely needed assistance at times.

Why assume they are "hiding"? Isn't an NDA a binding agreement freely entered by all parties?

How do we know there is "sorely needed assistance at times" and that those that have signed NDAs are not communicating with Kim behind closed doors?

When met with a matter one is inexperienced with, you need to play it y ear and hope things work out for the best.

They are unable to consult with others who might have more expertise? They are required to "play it by ear"? Seems unlikely, doesn't it?
