Exactly right. Exit the FDA EUA and the trials and pray nothing goes wrong with overseas. It is not prudent to close the door domestically putting all your eggs in one basket overseas that you have less control over and know less about. Remember, they can and will put up obstacles especially if they know your options are not panning out. And believe me they know what is happening here or abroad before anyone else. So throw COVID egg in their face and expect HIV approval in 2030.
