No, not all of the officers are gone. Carlson was essentially demoted and is now CFO and Treasurer.

It's interesting to note that Shane walked away from the Medtainer brand in disgust over the mismanagement of the company.

Hold up now, per today's 8k, Director Salinas is the Director of Operations for Grassfire, LLC, a company engaged in medical cannabis cultivation. We could be primed for huge move north if the US legalizes at least medical weed at the federal level.

And the addition of a director who specifically deals with regulatory compliance is also a great sign. It looks to me Shane's leaving rocked the boat in a good way.
