Adro was gonna be sued by Adxs if they ever got any of their LM platform over the goal line. Adxs just had to wait for them to spend the money and get the results needed,and then pounce with a lawsuit because Adro was infringing on Adxs`s Lm platform and patents. Why would`nt Adro scrap the LM after figuring that out?
