Oreo - It is my opinion that there were indeed 2005-2006 financial statements prepared in line with the numberes posted on the company website, although they were likely prepared using "concocted" and "inflated" numbers by an employee/buddy of Petar's at Kore at the direction of someone else. The financial statement may have even been taken to a company called Econometrics (or Econometrix) for purposes of an audit. However, I don't believe they were ever submitted to any Big Four accountancy firm (PWC or KPMG) because they knew they would never get them certified, stamped or whatever the proper term is. I think Petar got cold feet at the last minute and didn't post the audit they had for fear of going to jail. I believe he has even said this to someone, as reported on the board (maybe from one of the blogs).
