Yeah maybe that's why there hasn't been a buyout of $PCHM yet--can't agree on how much the future growth is worth. I'm glad Pharmchem's management knows a buyout only makes sense at the right price.

Also nice to see some institutions/funds starting to pay attention to the $PCHM story and its grow prospects in a COVID-19 world.

We need a quarterly report now. Joe should provide us with cash flow statements for the last two years.

What is the right price in a buyout Slimpickens?.

He thinks PCHM sales will double somewhere in the next two years to $15 million. That's a lot of state, county and local wins and some improvement at the federal level.

I know you're going to hit back with a much bigger number Deet but I think his assumptions are responsible thinking.

He calculated 7.5 million shares outstanding, saying there has to be some dilution. Sounds like he also wanted to match up the $15 million with 7.5 million shares.

He said a reasonable multiple in a buyout of five times sales.
Five times sales $10

He calculated taxed net income.
Twenty times earnings $10

He said $12 of total return within 2 years a buyout, citing $2 a share in cash.

My turn.

I'll use his share count of 7.5 million, but sales go to $22.5 million, a triple in two years, impossible I know Joe if you're reading.

$3 a share in sales, six times sales, 25 times earnings because his multiples are a little low IMO,

That would be $18 a share in a buyout within two years. So if I use his 2$cash estimate, that's a $20 number.

I know those numbers $12-$20 sound crazy.

My guess is Joe wants to get $10 out of this, certainly no less than $8.50 the IPO price.

If we ever needed a quarterly report, this is it. Circumstances have changed. We need cash flow statements too, so we can better value the company.

JUICY lol

Sorry for the very long post but slim wanted to add his thoughts to the board. The funny thing is that these don't have to be buyout numbers, and can be target prices. $8.50,$10,$12,$20
