My guess is that they increased the patient count for some reason, maybe something to do with BLA? I agree that we should have an update on actual status of Phase III, it would go a long ways to know actual numbers. We know it's close just wonder what changed from end of September and the FDA meeting to all the sudden crank up the recruitment efforts?
