We agree to disagree. The earnings of NLST are enough to support $1+ on its own. How do you feel the DOJ case against GOOG will affect the NLST settlement. My thought is Google will settle this sooner than expected. They will need their full legal team to combat this DOJ case.
I agree that we have plenty of time to accumulate here. In my experience with these plays we likely have another 6-8 months before we see any substantial moves. The only curveball for me here is my prior experience is with companies that were dark and defunct but had patents running through litigation. This is an operating company that continues growing which keeps the price more stable even in the case of negative news.
