I fully and completely support the Soldiers of our nation.
They are the truest and self sacrificing people that a nation can ever be fortunate enough to have.
I am a Veteran (six years/Army), my Father stormed Normandy in D-Day, his borthers Served careers through World War II on, my brother was a Marine, and my family can be traced back to military service to the battle of Shilo (Civil War).
In Iraq today, Rumsfeld in order to not need more troops (increase the size of the military/draft, etc...) contracted out many of the traditional functions.
Most are paid far more in wages and benefits than the Soldiers (which in my opinion is not right), and is the reason most are there.
What I have stated was my opinion. I fully realize that there are always exceptions, from my own Military experience working along side civilian defense workers, it was just their job,they were there for pay and benefits.
I won't be politically correct for anyone.
