Well the default judgment has been granted. I think the chance of GDSI getting zero in the reward is close to zero. As far as the size of the reward, that is the mystery. However, the key ruling in the case was the fact that the court concluded that specific performance was available which could potentially allow the court to grant damages well beyond liquidated damages.
