Actually the condom patent application got a final rejection as did the MM patent application. I was all in this company for the MM patent for multiple years. They went through some obsure side program after final rejection for that one. In their application they claimed that 90% of in-vitro cancer cells died after 24 hrs of dosage.
This company has been pretty damn sketchy this year. They have in my opinion a super valuable patent and the only reason I kept buying shares is they have done everything possible to hide that fact.
The IP "collection" doesn't have any value. The psoriasis patent has very little value since it doesn't have FDA approval and OWCP hasn't started FDA approved clinical trials - in 2017 OWCP stated they were going to apply for Orphan Drug Status on the MM drug and that still hasn't been done.
"The collection of in process patents are quite valuable. Some near issusance and others ready for a successor to fine tune to incorporate their proprietary IP. The condom patent is years onto the process as is the MM patent."
There are already CBD infused condoms on the market - so when submitting prior art there isn't any innovation.
