Yes, I agree with you. I am just wondering if the SEC is involved too - If PV received a Wells notice, wouldn't that be before we knew of the SEC's involvement?
And I don't buy that PV had no idea about the complaint - Airys had to read it to him?? lol. Just makes me wonder if Airys believes that crap or if Airys just made up the part about PV not knowing to make it sound like it is not such a big deal.
